i first heard of the hospital ships in my local online entertainment rag lawrence dot com. one song that escapes me caught my attention (which can be a hard thing to do) and i thought they sounded above average. today i stumbled across them again in this blog post and video at i heart local music:
these locals of larryville have been on tour in france and featured on NPR. it looks like they are doing well for themselves. they even have a page on myspace!
